picada para la yoga

A new friend of mine just told me about these yoga classes. I'm not sure if it's 1.000 pesos the class or the month, but as soon as I try it out I'll let you all know. There are classes near metro salvador and others near metro manuel montt.

The ones near Manuel Montt are at the Thai restaurant on the way to my apartment!

I walk past all the time but I've never tried a class because I don't like yoga :)

oh i've totally seen that place! and people all ready for yoga outside, too. i'd love to try it out, let me know when you go! i need some yoga in my life, all my gym time has turned my body into a cramped stiff board. i woke up last night with a charlie-horse in my neck. um WHAT? who does that happen to? suffice to say it hurt a lot.

What's up with gyms not having websites so often in chile?? I'm moving to La Serena next week from the US, and I haven't the faintest idea how to find local gyms.. :-/

You are better off checking them out by actually going to them and observing. Here in Chile, it's common to not get what you are paying for, unless you have inspected the offer and decided it's worth it. Granted, I don't imagine you'll have much to choose from in La Serena.

I just came form Yoga...unfortunately I was just so tired I didn't enjoy it as usual..

Do you have the "hot" yoga classes there?

Apparently they put you in a sweat room and you stretch and do yoga...sounds...

sweaty and hot! :-)
